If you have set this parameter, the order initiator can restrict the order filler to a certain business partner (who is indicated as an employee) in addition to the addressed organizational unit.
Dependencies
Example
The user can address a clinical order of this type directly to Dr. Huber of organizational unit ZENDOLST. With the correct setting of the corresponding view types on the clinical work station, this order will appear in Dr. Huber's worklist.
