Definition
This indicator specifies whether the component is a header component or item component of the clinical order.
Note on clinical order and preregistration: The preregistration is a kind of clinical order. SAP Patient Management (IS-H) only uses Preregistration, whereas ISHMED also uses other kinds of clinical order. Therefore explanations for IS-H always concern the preregistration.

Use
The system precedes all order items with header components in the clinical order. It displays the same kind of header components from different order types (items) once only.
The system displays item components in the items on the tab pages defined in the order type.
This different validity period of components also applies for components that do not implement their own interface (screen).
