Definition

The notification date is the date on which a case of sickness is reported to the relevant administration. The notification date can be important when notifying the case to the executive authority or health and safety authority.

The notification date for the case will be filled with the system date if the sickness record is created on-line (by a user). If positive recording is used together with time evaluation no default value is filled for the notification date.

The date entered can be overwritten.
