Use

The medium serves two purposes:

  • It is used to classify all recruitment instruments.

    Example:

    Recruitment instruments such as the "New York Times" and the "Washington Post" are classified as belonging to the medium "Press".

  • It indicates the medium by means of which the applicant first came into contact with the company.

    Example:
