Definition

By defining transfer packages, you determine how much accrual entitlement must be determined for an employee before the entitlement is transferred to the Absence Quotas (2006) infotype.

Use

By specifying a transfer package, you ensure that the quota entitlement in the Absence Quotas infotype reaches an appropriate deductible amount.

If you use this field, two conditions must be met for the system to transfer an accrual entitlement to the Absence Quotas (2006) infotype:

1. The specified period or transfer interval must have expired
2. The accrual entitlement must have reached the value of the transfer package

Any accrual entitlement over and above the amount specified is saved for the next transfer.

If you leave this field blank, the accrual entitlement is transferred directly after the transfer interval has expired.
