Definition
The wage type group specifies which payroll wage types are assigned to a pension basis.
Use
As defined in German pension tax law (AltEinkG), different exemptions apply to pension payments, depending on the definitive first year of the pension payment. These exemptions have to be assigned to pension payments of a pension basis within payroll accounting and for the employment tax statement.
