Definition
This field contains the HR payee to be paid in connection with another HR creditor.
When the original HR creditor is paid, the linked HR creditor is also paid.
In this case, the new payment date overwrites the original date.
Example
Taxes should be paid for a federal state at the same time that federal taxes are paid.
Assumption: Federal taxes are paid using HR creditor 02/00000001,
state taxes using 02/00000002.
