Definition

The work schedule rule for reduced working hours determines the work schedule for employees with reduced working hours.

Use

It is also possible to create a variant for reduced working hours for each work schedule rule.
In the case of reduced working hours, the relevant employees work according to the reduced working hours schedule for their normal work schedule rule.

The work schedule rule for reduced working hours is then entered in the infotype Reduced Working Hours/Seasonal RWH (0049) using a report.
