Definition

This field shows the date up to which a sick pay supplement is paid.

This date is determined on the basis of the sick pay supplement period stored in infotype 0016, Contract Elements. The system takes the start date of the record into account, or the actual start date of the sickness as certified/determined by the health insurance fund (Certified start field).

Use

You can overwrite the date if necessary.

  1. If you delete the default values, the employee does not receive a sick pay supplement.
  2. If there is an entry in the field, the date determines the start date for the sick pay supplement according to the length of the period of continued pay. Check the default value. Remember that the actual start of the illness may be different.

Please note that entries/changes in the fields Relationships and Days credited are not taken into account to calculate the date if manual changes have been made in the fields End of continued pay and Sick pay supplement.

Delete the dates in the fields End of continued pay and Sick pay supplement if you want to have access to the data which is determined automatically.
