Definition

Specifies for every budget status and its permitted follow-on status, whether an error check is run automatically by the system on all budget structure elements in a budget hierarchy when the budget status is changed.

Examples of what are considered errors by the system: budgets are exceeded, budgets have no original budget or classification.

• If you select this flag, the check is run automatically when you try to change the budget status.
  
• If you do not select this flag, you will only be able to start the budget hierarchy check manually.

Examples

You want to change the budget status from Proposed to Fixed.

For the budget status to be Fixed, all the budget structure elements must have adequate budgets, and each budget must have funds and a classification. For this reason, you specify that the check should be run automatically when the budget status is changed from Proposed to Fixed.
