Definition

Determines whether the Amount and Time reference fields are filled by a default values table, or manually.

  • If this flag is selected, the amount and the corresponding time reference are taken from a default values table (in accordance with the pay scale valuation or allowance selected).
  • If this flag is not selected, the amount and corresponding time reference have to be entered manually.

Procedure

You are in CHANGE mode on the Valuation: Basic Pay or Valuation: Additional Pay.

  1. Enter values in the fields of this screen, and confirm your entries.

    The Amount and Time reference fields are filled by the system, and the flag for indirect valuation is set.
  2. If you want to enter a different amount, deselect the indirect valuation flag, and confirm this.

    The Amount and Time reference fields are ready for input.
  3. Enter an amount and time reference and choose Continue.

    Result:
    The valuation is performed and is not influenced by the default values table.
