Definition
Only one person can receive child allowance for one child. Parents can decide between themselves as to who should receive the child allowance. Other people can be entitled to child allowance besides the parents.
Use
The authorized person field is only for information and is not used in payroll accounting. In the standard system, child allowance is always paid to the employee.
