There are rules stipulating that periods of work incapacity which follow on directly from one another must be taken into account for calculating continued pay and sick pay supplements, even if they are not related.

Use

You can display an overview of the employee's previous sicknesses by choosing the menu path ->Edit ->Incapacity to work.

The employee's health insurance fund can usually advise you which previous sicknesses are taken into account.
