Definition
The value-date-based account balance is managed in the account currency.
Use
An account can be managed with turnovers or daily balances.
When managed with turnovers, the field contains the value-date-based balance-carried forward, which is calculated from the turnovers when the final costing run is made for the period.
When managed with daily balances, the field contains the value-date-based account balance, which is updated every time the value-date-based or posting-date-based daily balance changes.
