Documentation
Definition
The interest revenue from the interim investment is the revenue derived from the open interim investment of the open commitment of a loan. It is determined using the base amount of the interim investment and theaverage interest rate for interim investments. The base amount of the interim investment is calculated as the difference between the periodic average amount of the opportunity and the periodic average amount of the transaction.
- If the periodization of the loan is carried out on a average volume basis, the system determines the periodic average amounts as theaverage volume of the opportunity and the transaction.
- If the periodization of the loan is configured as the periodization of the NPV margin, the system determines the periodic average amounts as periodic effective capital of the opportunity and the transaction.
Use
You can configure the calculation of the interest revenue from interim investments in the costing rule. This rule is only offered as part of the alternative settlement costing of the loan. The interest revenue from interim investments can beincluded in the interest contribution as required.
