Definition

With this indicator you decide how the opportunity volume is to be calculated for transactions that are costed using single position costing.

Use

The user has the following possibilities:

  • Calculating the opportunity volume using SAP Banking
  • Calculating the opportunity volume and the average using SAP Banking
  • Calculating the opportunity volume using SAP Banking (in local currency)
  • Transferring the opportunity volume
  • Applying a user exist for calculating the opportunity volume

If using SAP Banking for the calculation, you choose a predefined procedure for calculating the opportunity volume. Which procedure you choose depends on the procedure group to which the transaction is assigned (stocks, bonds, listed options...).
