Documentation
Definition
With this indicator you define if the costing rule is related to an active or passive bank product. If it is not possible to clearly allocate the bank product, it must be clear from the bank transaction itself whether this is an active or passive bank transaction, so that the costing rule can be correctly allocated.
Use
You use this indicator for tests when creating a costing rule, for example for reserve requirement costs.
In the suggestion catalogue there is an active/passive indicator available to the user as a characteristic to be evaluated for the bank profitiability analysis. If the indicator is set, the value from the costing rule is copied for evaluation. For some transactions is is possible to set the indicator in the course of data transfer.
