Dependencies
With own-account transactions, this is where you select the exchange rate indicator for valuing positions. The exchange rate indicator determines which rate is used to calculate the market volume on a daily basis. The daily market volume is the basis for calculating the average market volume.
The field exchange rate type for foreign currency valuation is relevant for forex and foreign notes and coins positions.
The value fields for a transaction are translated using the exchange rate type and stored.
