Definition
For periodic costing the end of the period is calculated. This is where the calculated period is defined.
It is possible to calculate several periods, one after the other. If the transactions for the appropriate periods were not yet calculated, you must select the option ' close period' and not select the option 'test run' (calculation in real run).
Exceptional periods cannot be calculated. An exceptional period is treated as follows:
- First you determine the end of period date of the exceptional period.
- Then you determine the regular period for this date.
- Then you start calculation for the regular period determined.
