Definition
The disbursed commitment capital is the total of all partial disbursements belonging to a transaction disbursed up to the validity date. It is shown as a percentage of the commitment capital.
Use
The disbursed commitment capital is stored as information in the cash flow.
If the total reaches 100%, that is, the transaction is fully disbursed, any further partial disbursement for the transaction is identified as an error within external data transfer.
Maintenance
The system automatically updates the total each time a partial disbursement is made.
