Definition

This indicator controls whether the period values are deleted before costing.

  • If the indicator is set, all fixed and proposed value fields in the calculation period which are not transferred according to the costing rule, are deleted before costing. All transferred value fields and all value fields defined in the operating concern itself are retained.
    Value fields for commissions are also retained since commissions are always calculated when the corresponding value fields are blank or 0.
    Those value fields which are directly filled by the fixed procedures in the loans area when the cash flow is generated (primarily net present value fields) are also retained.
  • If this indicator is not set, only those value fields in the calculation period which are calculated during costing are changed. All other value fields remain unchanged.
