Definition
The transfer price (opportunity interest rate) is the interest rate of the alternative transaction on the money and capital market, which is calculated on the basis of the cash flow. This transfer price refers to the yield curve in local currency.
Use
The transfer price according to the yield curve in local currency is used to calculate the effective interest rate (opportunity contribution) of the alternative transaction based on the local currency yield curve. This opportunity contribution in local currency is in turn used to calculate the currency transformation contribution for the reporting period.
