Use
A reference user is a general, non-person-specific user. You can use reference users to assign additional authorizations. You can use reference users to give Internet users identical authorizations.
In general, the application controls the assignment of reference users. You can use variables to assign the name of the reference user. Variables must start with "$". You can use transaction SU_REFUSERVARIABLE to assign variables to reference users.
The assignment applies to all systems in a Central User Administration landscape. If the assigned reference user does not exist in one of the child systems of the Central User Administration, the system ignores the assignment.
