Documentation
Definition
Specifies the numeric group category for additional data. This has a maximum of three-digits.
Use
Using the group category you can define your own attributes for the business partner as user-defined fields. The system displays fields or group categories defined in Customizing in the additional data for the business partner as fields with no restriction, user-defined text fields, and checkboxes.
Dependencies
You can define the group categories in the Customizing for SAP Business Partner for Financial Services in the IMG Activities Define Category for Additional Data and Determine Values for Additional Data by choosing Settings for Financial Services-> General Settings-> Enhancement Options-> Additional Data.
Example
You define the group category 12 Responsible Representative in Customizing and specify that the system displays this group category as a user-defined text field in the field GS_FRTXT-102 for additional data.
When maintaining the business partner you can now specify the name of the representative in the user-defined text field Responsible Representative on the Additional Data tab page.
