Definition

The trading terms contribution results from purchases and sales in own-account trading. The price paid on the market is compared with a reference price corresponding to the fair market price or equilibrium price. The trading terms contribution reflects the success (bargaining skill) of the trader per single transaction. The trading terms contributions are added together per single position/single transaction and reporting period.

You can calculate the reference price for transactions with fixed cash flows in IS-B using the current yield curve. For other transactions you have to enter the reference price manually.
