Definition

The settlement NPV margin of a transaction is the value of the net interest margin contributions related to the market interest rate date.

When the cash flow is determined, the actual disbursement dates are taken into account. If a loan has not been made fully available, it is assumed that it will be made fully available on the first day of the subsequent period, or on the day of the last planned disbursement. The settlement NPV margin can be calculated in the periods up to full disbursement.

Use

You can calculate the settlement NPV margin for transactions with fixed cash flows.
