Definition
In the first period of a year, the transfer from previous year indicator is active instead of transfer from previous period. This indicator determines whether or not the period balance is transferred from the previous period at the start of a new year. The cumulation then either starts afresh, or is based on the period balance from the previous period.
Meaning of entries:
Entry '0': The cumulation of the period balance is restarted at
beginning of new year.
Entry '1': The value of the period balance is transferred from the
previous year and forms the basis of the cumulation for
the first period of the year.
