Definition

Evaluates an infotype according to an infotype selection condition.

Use

A valuation rule in the "infotype" category can be defined in two different ways:

  1. Valuation rule acc.to infotype existence. The system only checks for existence of the infotype. If the infotype exists, time intervals are created according to the validity periods of the respective infotype records. Specified valuation factors such as threshold value, weighting, etc., are applied to these intervals.
  2. Valuation rule acc.to infotype selection condition The system checks the criteria specified in the infotype selection condition in addition to the actual existence of the infotype.
