Use
If you select the checkbox, the relevant metric is disabled on a global level.
For Portfolio Management, you can enable a metric that has been globally disabled for a particular item type or initiative type by making the corresponding settings in Customizing under Define Portfolio Item Types and Define Initiative Types.
