Definition
The field descriptor describes the value that is entered in the info field of the mini-master record with the info field number stored here.
Possible descriptors (field - function):
Date
DATE - Date of the last day for which payroll was run
Quota Information (from the Absent Quotas (2006) and Attendance Quotas (2007) infotypes)
Axyy - Absence quota information
Pxyy - Attendance quota information
The following options are available for parameters x and yy:
x = R Total remaining
(Entitlement minus the total requested
absences and compensation)
x = S Remaining from key date
(Entitlement minus absences and compensation
taken/used up to the key date)
x = E Entitlement
yy = D Quotas managed in days
yy = H Quotas managed in hours
yy = nn Quota type nn
Leave Remaining
(previous process using Leave Entitlement infotype (0005)
URLR - Leave remaining (Entitlement minus leave taken/compensated
up to the key date)
URLB - Leave remaining (Entitlement minus leave requested)
nnnn - Time type nnnn (time type 0099 in standard SAP System)
Incentive Wages Data
INWS - Result in individual incentive wages
INWG - Result in group incentive wages
The time type must be provided during time evaluation. To do so, set the Store for time accounts indicator in the Time Types view.
The result in individual incentive wages is the period result for the employee according to his or her premium formula.
The result in group incentive wages is the period result of the group for which the employee worked the greatest amount of time in the current period. Only times valuated with the group result are taken into account here.
The time types and incentive wage results contain two digits after the decimal point.
Supplementary Documentation - INFOTYP 1000
Use
Use the From and To fields to confine an inquiry/report to selected infotypes, by naming the infotypes that should be documented. Infotypes are identified through a 4-digit code and the codes are in numerical sequence. There are 3 ways to select infotypes:
- name a single infotype in the From field, for example, 1000. The specified infotype is reported on.
- name a range of infotypes in the From and To fields, for example 1000 to 1004. All infotypes lying between the two specified infotypes are reported on.
- name a list of infotypes, for example, 1000 to 1002, 1008 to 1010 and 1013 to 1015. To do so, click on the right direction arrow. A window appears that allows you to enter a list.
Procedure
To complete the fields:
- type in the appropriate infotype code, or
- request a list of infotypes and make a selection by:
. pressing F4, or
. clicking on the down arrow
