Definition
This field specifies the total number of hours to be distributed within the selection period.
The System determines this number of hours on the basis of the daily work schedule, taking substitutions into account. All attendances or absences are deducted from the total number of hours.
Attendances or absences which have already been entered and confirmed using the ENTER key are already accounted for in the Hours to be distributed field of the view.
