Definition

Is used to distinguish between:

• Trainer's Other costs specified in the Trainer Costs infotype (1691) that are cumulated in one single cost category. The corresponding single cost category is displayed in one line for each employee.

AND

• Cost items that are displayed in the snapshot: each cost item in one line for each employee. You have as many lines as cost items entered in the Trainer's Other Costs section of the 1691 infotype.

Use

To compress Trainer's Other costs, mark the checkbox.

Note for the 2483 Statement

If you want the Trainer's Other Costs to be taken into account in the French legal 2483 statement, leave the Compress Trainer's Other Costs checkbox empty.
