Use
Empty fields are hidden in the standard system.
If you select this checkbox, the field in question is displayed even if it is empty.
Example
You are advised to display empty fields if their value types mean something even if the value is '0'. For example:
- Contributions - paid/not paid
- Savings contributions - exist/do not exist
