Documentation
Definition
This field indicates that this HR creditor requires employee data for the reconciliation.
If activated the third party remittance function stores all the employees which contributes towards a specific HR creditor.
Since all these employee information are stored in a own table which would become huge, the user might decrease the size of this table by activating just those HR creditors which really need the employee's data.
Example
For federal income tax withheld you do not need the employees data, but for the unemployment insurance you need to provide all employee which contributed for that.
This will be reflected by the following system set up:
- HR creditor 00000001 (Federal withholding tax ) indicator not set
- HR creditor 00000002 (Unemployment insurance ) indicator is set
If so only for the UI you will save the employees but not for federal withholding.
