Definition
No payment of substitute's allowance or a personal bonus if duties belonging to the same pay scale group are transferred.
Use
You can use this field to control whether a substitute's allowance or a personal bonus is to be calculated if an employee who is assigned to one of the pay grade groups 1 to 8 is temporarily given a higher duty from the same pay scale group.
If the switch is active, the substitute's allowance or personal bonus is not paid when a higher duty is performed if the same pay scale group is entered.
Leave this field blank if you want a substitute's allowance or personal bonus to be paid when a higher duty is performed if the same pay scale group is entered.
Dependencies
Prerequisite for this is that the subapplication Higher Duty, Percentage Calculation: No Payment for Lower-Level Group (DOH7) is active.
