Required entry field.
Use
This field determines whether a user input is mandatory for a field. "Yes" means that a value must always be entered. "No" means that no value has to be entered.
If a required entry field is also flagged as an output field, it is treated as a required entry field when records are created. If the record is subsequently changed, the field becomes an output field and can no longer be changed.
