Switch: Further Pers. Assignment or Processing of Info Group
Use
Two personnel actions are delivered in the standard system: 'Hiring' and 'Additional pers. assignment'.
If you select the 'Hiring' action in the Personnel Actions menu for an existing personnel number, the system performs the 'Execute info group' function as usual for the personnel assignment in question.
If you select the 'Additional pers. assignment' action in the menu, the system creates a new personnel assignment with a new personnel number and copies the relevant infotypes from the existing personnel assignment.
If you do not want to set up two different actions for 'Hiring' and 'Additional pers. assignment', then you activate the switch CCURE ADDCO. The system then provides an option when the 'Hiring' action is selected for an existing personnel number: The person responsible can select in a screen whether he or she would like to perform the 'Call info group' function or create a new personnel assignment for the existing personnel number.
