Definition
Funds that increase or decrease the original budget of the budget structure element.
If budget changes have been defined, you can view details of these on the Budget changes tab page.
Example
A budget structure element was assigned a budget (original budget) of 3 FTEs when the overall budget was defined. On October 15 of the current financial year, a budget update will be used to increase the budget of this budget structure element by 1 FTE (due to a supplementary budget being approved by the authorities).
