Funds that increase or decrease the original budget of the budget structure element.

Examples
Standalone HR Funds and Position Management:
A budget structure element was assigned a budget (original budget) of $10,000 when the overall budget was defined. On October 15 of the current financial year, a budget update will be used to increase the budget of this budget structure element by $5,000 (due to a supplementary budget being approved by the authorities).
HR Funds and Position Management Integrated With Funds Management:
The original budget of a budget structure element is read from the corresponding commitment item in Funds Management. Supplements, transfers and returns in Funds Management change the original budget of a budget structure element in HR Funds and Position Management.
