Determines that the absence quota should be considered along with other absence quotas of that employee during deduction in cases of concurrent employment.

Use

When this field is selected, the system considers this absence quota along with additional absence quotas of a concurrently employed person during deduction.

Dependencies

• You have flagged at least one of the absences that should be deducted from this quota to be considered together even in cases of concurrent employment. For more information, see the documentation for the Processing Multiple Employee Personnel Assignments field in the Absence: Input Checks view (V_T554S)
• In the Deduction Rules for Absence Quotas view (V_556R_B), you can determine the order in which the absence quotas for a concurrently employed person are deducted using the First Deduct Quotas of Personnel Assignment Currently Being Processed field.
