Definition
Specifies that the absence type can be deducted from the absence quotas for an employees multiple personnel assignments.
Use
When you activate this field, absences of this type, which are created for a concurrently employed person, can be deducted from the absence quotas for multiple personnel assignments. This is especially relevant for absences that are deducted from absence quotas which, usually for legal reasons, are maintained for one person instead of one personnel assignment.
Dependencies
It is required that the relevant absence quotas are set up for deduction for multiple personnel assignments. For more information, see the documentation for the Processing Multiple Personnel Assignments for an Employee field in the Absence Quota Type view (V_T556A).
Example
An employee has two personnel assignments at his or her company that have to be processed using the concurrent employment functions. You have made all of the necessary Customizing settings. Both personnel assignments must also be taken into account when processing his or her time management data.
When processing this absence, the entitlement for both of the employees personnel assignments should be taken into account by the absence when performing the deduction.
In a case such as this one, select this field. When an absence of this type has been created for the employee, it is deducted from the absence entitlements for both of the employees personnel assignments.
