Definition

The personnel number is the only unique key to identify an employee within a client. You can use it to display and maintain an employee's master data and working time data (infotypes).

Procedure

In this field, enter the personnel numbers whose additional time data you want to select for editing in the interface table.

Selection options:

• A single personnel number:
  Enter a personnel number in the first column
• An interval of personnel numbers:
  Specify the upper and lower limits of the interval in the first and second entry columns
• All personnel numbers to an upper limit:
  Enter an upper limit in the second column
• All personnel numbers:
  Do not make an entry in the Personnel number field
• A value set of personnel numbers:
  If you want to define a value set, click on the arrow to get to the next screen where you can enter a series of personnel numbers or intervals
  

  Note: A personnel number that is repeated in the value set is only selected once.
