Definition

A user group is assigned a set of users and a set of functional areas. Each user in the user group has access to all of the functional areas in the user group, where he or she can create and execute queries.

Use

Choose a user group

• When creating a new query. This determines the functional areas which you can choose for the new query.
• When saving a query. This determines the user group in which the query is stored.
• When opening a query. This determines the queries which you can access.

Dependencies

You can only choose user groups to which you are assigned.
