Definition
Contains a three-digit code that represents either authorities or resources (for example, tools or equipment) that have been assigned to a position or work center.
The information provided, authorities or resources, depends on your selection in the Subtype field.
Use
In create mode, use this field to identify the individual authorizations or resources you wish to link with a position or work center. To do so either:
- Enter the appropriate three-digit code
- Request a list of codes and make a selection
In change mode, use this field to adjust the authorizations and tools selected, using the method outlined above.
