Definition
Displays a list of all persons earmarked for a position or vice versa.
In order to record the results of career and succession planning, it is possible to earmark persons for certain positions, who can then be assigned to the position in the event of a vacancy. Earmarking is also useful as a reference when persons are being transferred from one position to another to check whether a position has already been earmarked for a particular person.
