Definition
The marginal percentage is used to calculate the upper margin, i.e. the employee's maximum contribution.
If the employee's theoretical contribution exceeds the upper margin, the difference is paid by the employer (added to the employer's contribution) while the employee's contribution remains equal to the upper margin.
