Definition

When the membership duration elapses for the current pay scale group/level, the member is reassigned to the next pay scale group/level.

You can enter the membership duration in months, or in the following format 'YYMM'. In this format 'YYMM', the two columns on the left represent the year, and the two columns on the right represent the month.

Example

The following provides you with examples of entries in format 'YYMM' and their interpretation
'0200' is interpreted as two years,
'0011' as 11 months,
'0106' as 18 months.

Note

• If you enter the number of a month > 11 in this format, it is automatically converted to < 12.
• In the monthly display, a maximum of '4999' months can be entered. If you enter a figure greater than '4999', the number is automatically reset to '4999'.
