Use
Flextime determines the period in which an employee may work.
Example
An employee works flextime, with a planned working time of eight (8) hours. For security reasons, the employee can not work before 6:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m.
Define a planned working timeframe from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thus, the employee is allowed to work the 8 hours within this timeframe of 14 hours, starting and ending work as he or she chooses.
