Definition

Quotient from the hours actually worked by an employee and the planned working time as defined for normal full-time employees. The number of full-time employees needed, which corresponds to the working time volume of an employee during a payroll period.

Use

The normal working time of the full-time employee can correspond to the contractual working time or can be different for different employee groups.

Example

A part-time employee works 10 hours per week.
The normal working time is 40 hours per week.
This corresponds to a full-time equivalent of 0 for this employee.
