Definition

Processing types specify different types of further processing in time evaluation and are of particular significance for time wage type selection.

The processing type controls the selection of time wage types using the Time Wage Type Selection Rule table (T510S). A time wage type is generated from a time pair according to the processing type.

Time pairs for non-recorded times are assigned the processing type for pair type 0. The assignment is made using function TIMTP.

Use

Possible entries are as follows:

- : pair is deleted at a later stage

BLANK : time pair is not valuated as productive time

S : pair is included in the daily calculation of planned time - a maximum daily working time is not taken into account

P : pair is valuated as an attendance pair, i.e. the time is included in the daily calculation of planned time
Function DEFTP increases time types 0000 and 0001 for this pair.

A : pair is valuated as absence pair, i.e. the time is included in the daily calculation of planned time
Funcion DEFTP increases time type 0000 for this pair.

K : core night work (Germany only: section 3bESTG))

M : overtime

Time types 0000 and 0001 are required for determinig overtime.

Procedure

For technical processing reasons, a time type should be assigned to all time pairs which are within the skeleton time (even pairs for non-recorded times).
